We are in! 7th floor and we got occupany the second week of May. Aside from the dust and the generally drag with unpacking, we are happy with our suite. We had our own people come in to install an island (the "upgrade" was a $2,500 table) and other cabinet work to maximize the space and that has really helped us with storage.

Can't wait for the gym and rooftop to be completed!

Hi Jo,
After a year of living here how do you find it?
Also, do you remember the name of the Lawyers the builders used? Just wondering if they use the same ones for all their developments.

Thanks!

Just seeing this now, I don't go on this forum much. We love it. The building has some great amenities - gym, rooftop and for the most part people are great. We moved from a house (downsized) so we had to get used to living in a condo again. But that gets pretty easy quickly especially when you don't have to shovel snow or clean off your car. I think the lawyers were Baker? The fixtures in the condo are standard but decent, mostly Whirlpool for appliances. I think the flooring might be a bit substandard but that is just a guess right now and we are careful. And I would have liked a heating/cooling system with a programable thermostat (which I have mentioned to the property managers) as that seems like a crazy oversight for a new building. I look forward to when the strip malls get a few nicer restaurants altough you cannot beat Anna Roti or Jatujak for food (and the Tara of course for wings).
