Resubmitted with a reduction in total residential units from 186 to 177. Bike parking is also down from 141 to 132.

NOAC has not been issued. No building permits have been applied for since the demo permit was issued. Site remediation and geothermal piping permits have been applied for but not issued.

The shift to Maxium is going to be a new standardized brand for many Equiton projects, including the former Sandstones on Kingston Rd. and apparently 1099 Broadview as well.

On the subject of permits.........

What @Towered saw in the fall, was not shoring, but geo-thermal.

This one has no permits filed, never mind in process. (geo aside)

Given a projected summer construction start, they really ought to get them in the door ASAP.
 
It appears that something may also be happening on the adjacent (to the west) property at 927 the Queenway. The pet value moved earlier this year and the pie commission is moving now as well (sign visible from the Gardiner for their new location)
