I don't mind the north side, it gets some contrast from natural light, and at least it has nice glass. Kind of nice not to have balconies.

No balconies on the north side because it's directly adjacent to the St Michael's flight path, so any protrusions would eat into buildable area IIRC.

It's kind of a nice change to see a clean facade that is uninterrupted by the protrusions of balconies. Toronto probably has more high rise buildings with balconies than any other city in the world...
