There are a few surprising lots in that area. I'm wondering if the parking lot next to The Senator restaurant will be developed soon- that must be gold. East of the square is definitely an area that is improving.

Those are very flattering photos! Love the angles you selected.

I will say, however, while the balcony motif is attractive, in reality the glass panels they used for the balconies are off-white, slightly green/yellow and sickly in colour. I feel that this is a case where a perforated white-painted metal panel would have been a better choice than glass.

Your first picture is the first one I've seen where you can notice the white balcony posts in the clear glass section and it looks incredible.
