This City-Initiated Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes amendments to City-wide Zoning By-law 569-2013, as amended by Site Specific Zoning By-law 988-2022, including matters secured through Section 37 of the Planning Act as detailed in Schedule A.
The proposed amendments would facilitate the delivery of an affordable housing project for Phase 1 (Building A) on the subject lands and would not assign further development rights to the subject property.
 
The report supporting the above is headed to the next meeting of SCC: (corrected)


@HousingNowTO will wish to make note that Building A is the subject of an application for the new City Rental Incentives. Further, that should Building A be approved under that program the intent is to deliver 196 Purpose-Built Rental units, subject to rent control; and an additional 49 Affordable Units for a total of 245 units.
