It's a real shame that the street level experience is so poorly done on every building so far of this development, though it's in part due to the city's requirenents for setbacks, and the continued retaining of the hydro lines here. Its absurd, and should be removed, but I don't expect it to be based on how Hydro-One generally operates around these issues.
It's even more frustrating to see this bungled up because this the marketting for this suggested something pretty unique for the area, and also bevause the Confederation corridor has really become a great, animsted space in the span of just a couple years. (and I was hesitant on this idea because PSV seemed a bit run of the mill, but the amount of retail its included surprises me)
I look forward to covering the site in a few weeks, to compare between phases, but I'm nit expecting much of a changing with the street level interaction between phases 3 and 4, compared to 1 and 2.
