Is it just me, or is all this grey really ugly? It would look so much better with either black or white. (or god forbid, some real colour)

It's not just you; this grey really is awful. It's dull and industrial.

Builders are going through a grey phase presently. The brick pattern is also a bit annoying.

This looks alright, not bad. If only the previous phase, Malibu had used this style of design earlier. Those awful green glass, P+S condos along the West Harbourfront look instantly dated. Such a missed opportunity.

Given the general look of the building, maybe a German or Dutch beach would have made a more fitting name than 'Malibu'.

I hope the retail space on Bathurst, doesn't become another bank. A restaurant or cafe is needed in that area.

It sure is! So far, there's a nail salon that has gone in at Malibu.
