I assume the right palms were greased up now, once they go back to the OLT. Otherwise its the same proposal.

Not sure they can really come back here with 1,000 units and expect a different result, even with a 10-floor chop on building height. The OLT decision is clear this isn't the place for density.. And 1,000 units is still 1,000 units..

It’s like they don’t have a planning team telling them this (or they are being ignored).

Hey Liuna, small FYI: Just because the OLT seem generous, doesn’t mean they actually give out freebies. And no, not even with party donations!
