No new rendering is updated in the database. The only information changed from 48 parking spaces to 49 parking spaces. The overall height changed from 28.09m to 27.50m.

The height is the least of this things problems.

Refer to a better architect first.

Second, nearly doubling the number of units, on a height boost of less than 50%? Sounds like a total mismatch to the current market.
