Does anyone even like lawrence allen centre on this forum???
I do. But we’re way north of bloor where a substantial amount of these forums have people who get nose bleeds. I especially like it in contrast to Yorkdale.Does anyone even like lawrence allen centre on this forum???
What's there to like about it?Does anyone even like lawrence allen centre on this forum???
The Toys “R” Us even moved from Yonge-Eglinton Centre to Lawrence Allen Centre.I used to shop there as a kid. I liked it then, and I still do, and it's not based on nostalgia. It's a closer mall to me with useful stores, decidedly middle income (unlike Yorkdale, which also looks visually awful...it's been blandified by years of renovations)
I don't shop here anymore, due to the annoyance of taking two buses and a subway here (which will be made much easier when the Crosstown finishes*), but I would because the shops it has are more useful for me than whatever's at Yonge Eglinton Centre.
It’s not trying to be super high end. It’s more for normal people. That’s a win. What's there to like about it?
