It certainly looks better but I assume this is a 'one off' and they will finally get the "machine' working and use it in future. I assume (and hope) that the condo corporation is not paying what must be huge cost for this.Window washing.

Oh yes. The maintenance fee per sq ft is much higher than other downtown condo buildings. Condo mgmt is aware of the concerns raised by the owners.If the condo corp did have to pay, expect maintenance fees to go way up!
Probably more of Meridian Hall post than Ltower but..
I have not seen the BMU working yet but they are installing a new Parklio RETRACTABLE DRIVEWAY CHAIN / AUTOMATIC CHAIN BARRIER
to protect the Meridian Hall back of the house parking.. It will be interesting to see how well that works. (Durability, ice in the well, damage to poles/chain and damage to other cars/bikes/pedestrians due to visibility. I give it less than a year before it’s gone. Nice concept thou.
