Oh yes. The maintenance fee per sq ft is much higher than other downtown condo buildings. Condo mgmt is aware of the concerns raised by the owners.

I have not seen the BMU working yet but they are installing a new Parklio RETRACTABLE DRIVEWAY CHAIN / AUTOMATIC CHAIN BARRIER
to protect the Meridian Hall back of the house parking.. It will be interesting to see how well that works. (Durability, ice in the well, damage to poles/chain and damage to other cars/bikes/pedestrians due to visibility. I give it less than a year before it’s gone. Nice concept thou.

Meridian hall parking.
After 14 months a chain system is still in place. I’m not sure if it has ever been in full operational.
It seemed like a manual undo and drop the chain process.
They added retractable bollards.
Changed the chain a couple of times.
Wireless unit appears damaged.
Both motorized end units have both been bumped or pulled in.
