Looks wayyyyy better than the millions of sub-par renders they had for the front initially.

I kinda like how the olympia club is still the tallest storefront on the strip.

Also we knew they were gonna be there, but I still find the corner balconies a bit.. odd..

Couldn't agree more! Those renders of the podium were just awful. Thinking we can thank Core Urban on Olympia for the adjustment.
 
The black parts feel too busy, I wish they had been just matte black so they looked like one solid piece instead of a buncha shiny pieces..

..or maybe they're just not done yet..

Will be great to see the continued transformation of this area in a few years! Just in this photo alone, there are approximately 10 towers proposed or under construction that will be visible from this corner.
- Design District (Emblem) x3
- 92 John Street (Emblem) x1
- City Centre (IN8) x4
- Rebecca (Rosehaven) x1
- Tivoli (TBD) x2 (from what I saw in the Spec this morning, a 35 and 40-storey tower is proposed)

Plus the one on the west side of Hughson between Rebecca and Wilson.
