For a site w/so much retail in walking distance and access to major transit corridors, the parking seems excessive.

Stat changes:
  • Total units increased from 396 to 418
  • Minor unit mix redistribution
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 345 to 349
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 297 to 314
NOAC not yet issued on the SPA file. On permits: New Build, Mechanical, Plumbing, Drain & Site Service have been applied for, all undergoing review with no issuances yet.
 
Better than before but I like it less as I scroll down and see each successive rendering. 🫤
