Post-settlement SPA resubmission. Changes from the settlement are as follows:

• Office building has been reduced from 8 to 5-storeys
• Total residential units decreased from 1036 to 1033
• Contemplated tenure has switched from condo to rental
• Redistribution of the unit mix
• Total vehicular parking decreased from 373 to 362 (including car share spots)
• Total bicycle parking decreased from 1071 to 1055

The latest application docs posted on June 28, 2021 has this project mentioned as "JuNo Residences".

Just a thought but maybe their marketing context is from "Junction North" (?).
