It is a little painful to look back at how beautiful the original design for this was, also the scale. If it were proposed today... it probably would have been approved.

In post #373 it looked like most of the stucco had been removed from the house, now it looks like they're putting a new layer of stucco on?

I have a view of the east side of this tower and right now as I type this there appears to be bright strobe lights running up and down the FULL length of the tower. I don't know if the lights are on the tower and if so, what is the purpose of these lights or if they are being projected onto the tower. I saw this once before a few months ago when it was nighttime and even more pronounced and in fact I was startled. The only possible explanation for the lights that I can think of is they are warning lights being tested out on the helicopter flight path to Sick Kids. Has anyone seen these?
