Take a look at this photo taken a 4 days ago or so, I edited it to show me doing the math on the current height of this building and it seems to me like this building has hit 179 meters by now, doesn't it look like it?

The perspective is probably messing with all of us. To me it still looks like this has at least 15-20m in height left to go, they've barely hit one setback at the top (as far as my eyes can tell). A reminder of the stepped roof feature:

I haven't noticed until now that three storeys of balcony class has been installed. It's almost invisible.

Do we really want the clear glass balconies seen in Salsa's photo facing Nathan Phillips Square as per Pink Stardust's photo? I'd rather have frosted/fritted glass hiding whatever people store on their balconies.
