Too bad. Window-wall with a mullion pattern out of convenience to boot. Why can't Toronto developers put the vents in the balcony slab?

Because it is not possible to do because of many factors,it would create to much expansion during the winter for 1 thing.

Interesting how at night, at certain angle the west-facing windows look almost black.

I walked by the other day and thought that both the beige lower-level and dark upper-level windows looked very high-quality.
