That's the best angle possible of this investorbox. No photo of the craptacular view from Dundas and Jarvis Streets.
 
Well, Menkes have the Filmores redevelopment across the street coming up next on deck. Let's hope they put in a better effort for that. Closer to the initiative placed towards their Fleur project.

How is it a cost savings to use window wall with as many mullions as possible? Is it really nessessary to have defined/raised mullions on the non-window portion of the window wall system?

I believe it's because mullions and transoms reduce the size of individual panels which are cheaper than a small number of large panes.
 
Someone wanna try to shoot this one for our year-end poll? I'd rather not use the watermarked official pic for it. Something that has the tower and podium in one shot would be great!
