The GC for 182/184 Spadina has leased the 170 Spadina site from Plaza and relocated equipment and snow from the construction site to there today. They also started some excavation on the 182/184 site today, although I am not sure whether drilling/casson placement has been completed. The shoring rig was moved to the 170 site.

Cameron St is the staging area for Metrolynx as well as the 182-184 site so there are always dump trucks parked along there these days. It’s a zoo.

Manga Hotels plan to submit an application for a minor variance to committee of adjustment to modify the portion of the building which faces Cameron St. from 15 storeys to 19 storeys. The height facing Spadina Ave. would remain at 14 storeys.
