I mean it's a suburban roadside hotel, I'm not sure what you expect. I'm personally just happy it's a relatively urban format with a consistent streetwall and underground parking.
 
Holiday Inn Express is opening soon with landscape work getting done and now accepting reservations for arrivals on or after October 25, 2024. Phase 2 of 5-Storey Staybridge Suites is underway with a crawler crane on site and with the first floor being installed within this week. We will get some shots in back of the building in October.

Holiday Inn is open. Staybridge Suites is still U/C.
 
It's bland but honestly has such a narrow frontage onto James that it won't be particularly visible once the adjacent parcels redevelop... whenever they do. It's surrounded by vacant properties right now.
 
Love the little walmart patio set they have out front, beautiful place to sit and have a coffee.
