Having seen three concerts here now (PJ Harvey in Sept 2024, Tokyo Police Club in November 2024, and Broken Social Scene yesterday), they got the inside done pretty well. The sight lines and sound are good. I haven't tried table seating upstairs yet. Washrooms are adequate. Entry/exit is quick.

Yes, the outside is meh (at best), but it works as a concert venue
