its not the first one to make an application. I remember that there is one on finch with an application filed already, which this one hasn't done.

As for which will be the first to be built, we shall see.
 
Vandyke has already submitted a proposal for two at Stonegate.

Passed by the site today.

Noted a 'minor variance' application to increase the height between the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Didn't look at the date (silly oversight).

Don't see any sign of it on the City website.

But in the course of looking up the building, I noted that there is communication w/the City as recently as late February on a de-watering plan during construction.
 
That minor variance date was way back in 2017, not new. I did notice a small backhoe on the site a few days ago, that's new. I live nearby and have been staring at this empty lot for years now. I think the first attempt at a project here was over a decade ago. Hopefully it finally advances.
