so absolutely terrible for not posting the pictures I take also have to get on and create a couple more threads for here in Collingwood but till I get that done here are a couple pictures from me and my sons Father's Day walk/drive

They have made some very good progress on the roof system in the last few weeks though there is still no sign of ground floor building envelope beginning so we are still quite a ways off till we start seeing brick go up All in all this is one of my favorite projects in Collingwood looking forward to when the other portions of the shipyard get underway only three projects left with one design not even released yet

Forgot to take pictures but when I was by today I totally noticed they have almost all the boarding done on the roof and looks like they have scaffolding getting ready to set up for brick work project is about 7 months behind at this time

not going to lie seeing as this is the building that got me to create an actual Urban TO account I will be kind of sad when I see it finished but it is turning out to be a very nice building

From yesterday steel roof is nearly complete

Just finishing the final peak and then brick work will be complete as well

framing has begun on the bottom stores I will be interested to see the finish on these

One thing I'm looking most forward to is this cable end would feature that will be the make or break on this building for me

So complete fail on my part but they are nearly done bricking the first level here with all windows installed as well looks like they are on the finishing stretches can't wait to see the wood facade on the front Gable

looks like they're on the finishing touches sidewalk on Huron Street has been open for about 2 weeks it also looks like they change the face of the Gable to just a window wall instead of the architectural design though I think that may have been a better idea
