Shot December 26, does not look like there is any more construction here after the first 2 buildings were complete. Are they still planning on moving forward here? @Branden Simon

There’s a lot of topics on this
1: Back in June of 2025 the sewer sanitation installation work for the new building and the construction equipment has been removed.
2: A encampment with multiple tents was pop up on the site, there was an multiple small fire set at an abandoned building on Victoria at Ferrie but as the cold weather approached i checked on the January 26 when i make an video of the abandoned building, the tents were gone but there was blue boxes left, construction fences all around but couple of holes, some are knocked down and cracked to sneak in.
3: The old studebaker administration building is unsafe, could be collapsing, sitting for a decade, this needs to be demolished for safety reasons.
I will be sending a email to the city council of Hamilton and need an emergency permit to demolish the old building.
