The proponent is at the CoA requesting height increases for both Blocks D & E.

Block D MV:

Block E MV:

Block D now proposed to be 40-storeys (previously 36).
Block E is now proposed to be 27 & 23-storeys (previously 24 & 21).

Total proposed unit count for both blocks is now 1473.

All stats in the database reflect the updated plans from the Minor Variances, however the renderings in the database currently reflect the previous plan until updated renderings are released.

Resubmission on the still open Minor Variance file for Block D, with a further height boost to 42-storeys (with indoor amenity level) and unit boost from 420 to 476.

Reasoning for the increase, from the cover letter:
A number of economic circumstances have changed, and a number of Provincial and City housing initiatives have been approved. Arising from this, and to assist in ensuring the economic viability and sustainability of the project.

Still no new renderings of the updated design. Renderings currently in the database reflet the previous plan. No CoA hearing scheduled yet.
