Turns out you answered your own question.

There is still technically a crane, albeit hidden from Glencairn, Bathurst, or Hillmount and the crane being dismantled.

The proposed revisions include a reduction in the number of residential units from 127 to 126, a decrease in the required parking spaces, and a reduction in the permitted gross floor area.
