Site Plan Amendment to the previously approved 9-storey mixed-use building under File No. 20 165519 NNY 08 SA. The proposed revisions include a reduction in the number of residential units from 127 to 126, a decrease in the required parking spaces, and a reduction in the permitted gross floor area. In addition, the amendment seeks to increase the required indoor and outdoor amenity space while reducing the green roof area and overall coverage. These changes are intended to refine the development while maintaining the overall intent and character of the original approval.
