Will this just sit as a vacant lot for some time, or are the plans to proceed with development immediately? If I were to wager, I would expect it to sit, as the tax rate is lower vacant, and both the condo and rental markets are 'unhealthy' at the moment.

The intent is for Mx to use the land for its portal construction and station construction here first.

Development would begin when Mx is done with it.......it'll be a few years.............err....decades.....Crosstown....mumble...
