When they going to announce retail?!
I figured by now they'd have banners of "x is coming soon" near the Birchmount side. there's gotta be something to be hyped about... Unless they havent found any tenants to pay Remington their crazy leases probably.
Still ghost down for retail there... So many empty store fronts, MeeVaMi, the convenience store, the ones facing the viva bus laneways.
There's only so many beauty spas/salons that can fit in one area.

Hi All, I'm new to the group but being one of the buyers of Gallery Towers I had to sign up to show some of the pictures I got from the building behind.
These are the townhouses and they already have a kids park up. I didn't realize the planters would be so high!

Some ride by shots today. Traffic lights are being installed at Birchmount and Verdale Crossing.

Those traffic lights are going to be brutal during rush hour. It'll be jammed from the Viva stop sign and beyond.

I'm waiting for the day Remington surprises us with some amazing retailer... Or even a grocer would be nice... Too bad they jack up the rent so much that it makes no sense for any one to be a tenant.
