I walked there yesterday and it is a travesty how bad and how dirty the sidewalks are. The developer has just gone full tarmac on the sidewalk with no consideration of the public realm. Even the tarmac has been very unevenly done. Really sloppy.

I noticed this too and thought it’s probably temporary before something permanent is installed. The two-level sidewalk on the north side is also really bad…is this going to all be one continuous sidewalk in the future? Does anyone know?

Those Hydro poles are an eyesore. Can't understand why Toronto Hydro doesn't allow for the wires to be buried in front of the buildings when they are under construction.
My mother called that place "the feeding trough," must have been to discourage my father from taking us there too often. I remember sawing through those steaks!
