we're at this interesting time where the condo market is dead but we're watching the 3 biggest condo projects in the city's history rise (One, Pinnacle, Forma)

As much as it isn't a super tall Concord sky is in that conversation as well

All 3 started before the current condo slump.
One point to note for Forma - the West tower is the taller of the two, but as we've discussed here before, whether it gets built will depend on the market.

and on that note, Concord Sky is taller than the East Forma tower rising now.

It's actually One, Pinnacle, and Concord Sky (all over 300m). The taller Forma tower isn't u/c yet.

Concord Sky IS a supertall according to the council for tall buildings (Skyscraper Center), coming in at 300.2m

You need to tell that to Concord...as the material that they sent to UT about this tower, to my understanding, tells us it's not.

It's a technicality. Depends where you measure. If you use the one exit door it is a supertall, but if you use the main ground level door then it's not. So it's up to interpretation.
