My understanding is that it’s the 37 and 35 storey towers that are joined by the podium that will be starting soon.

Some pictures from today, looks like they’re bringing the site grade down to street (St. Clair) level.

Site is pretty much down to grade now, with gravel being spread around the edges.

Technical resubmission on the SPA file in pursuit of NOAC. All necessary permits applied for and going through examination processes. Geothermal & standalone shoring for soil remediation remain the only permits issued since the demolition of the sales pavilion.

I think this project hit the market a bit late. If they got in around when the Galleria condos did then they likely could've gotten at least the first one or two towers underway already.

Site has been cleared and left dormant for months now after wrapping up some preliminary geothermal work and leveling the site to grade with the street.

Seems so, that field rolled up like a carpet. Begun a few days ago.
