Another floor has been added. I forgot until I saw the rendering how nice this one is going to (hopefully) look when finished. It should also give more of a sense of enclosure to this part of Spadina. Picture taken 16 June 2015.

Yeah, I definitely think it will. The Richmond corridor always felt like it dropped off west of Spadina, so it'll be interesting to see the degree to which this building changes that.

Anyways expect more change to come just west of here ...
