Yeah I'm not sold on it either. I'll also withhold judgement until it's done. But I actually liked the buildings as a whole pre-cap.

Interesting. I thought it was going to be clear glass with colour led lights behind it to change the colours of the tops. This looks better to me. But I do like the Monroe buildings top changing all the time.

I had always presume it would be this way backlit at night as they need to keep that magenta colour during the daylight hours.

How come Daniel’s STAK36 released & started construction after Exchange District BUT delivered to clients before EX 1 & 2?
Is it just the non client focused strategy of the builder or something else?
I don’t think it's related to any roadblocks in construction because they showed they can build faster if they wanted to. (Like EX Signature which is hardly sold to end users)

Imo it’s turning out super nicely, and that red portion at the top looks way better than I thought it would’ve, I think it made this building go from a 7.5 to an 8

The tower crane will have nothing to do once the final panel is place on the mechanical roof section for the 60s and could be gone by month end
Working on the 14th floor and could be working on the 42nd floor by year end subject to weather. This put the building on track to be top off come August 2026 that will be the city 2nd tallest building at that time.

A rule of thumb for a simple tower is a week per floor. Look at Edge Towers just down the road where T3 is taking 3-4 weeks to do a floor today. M4 is taking about 2 weeks.
