This one is the subject of a Revised, and public Settlement Offer at the next meeting of City Council.

The offer reflect tweaks already noted above, but also notes that this will now be purpose-built rental.

Post-settlement stat changes here via SPA resubmission:
  • Height decreased from 43.85 to 43.25m
  • Minor GFA increase
  • Total residential units decreased from 593 to 566, unit mix redistribution
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 294 to 295
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 447 to 453
No new renderings

The plaza is now permanently closed off. Not sure if the plaza is getting bulldozed now, but everything is now closed

Was driving by and noticed the entire plaza is now demolished and materials being sorted. Couldn’t snap a pic as I was driving.

SPA resubmitted with some minor stat changes:
  • Vehicular parking increased from 295 to 299
  • Bicycle parking decreased from 453 to 452
  • Minor unit mix redistribution & minor GFA increase
All necessary permits have been applied for and remain pending

So for the last two weeks there have been so many trucks on site with a bunch of pipes and what not, and there seems to be motors running for most of the day.

I'm just curious, does anyone know what kind of work they would be doing on the site that would require so many drilling trucks and pipes? They don't seem to be digging the soil, as everything on the site is pretty flat.
