Today. Construction crew working on a Saturday (they seem to be absent most Mondays though). This seems to be picking up speed, rising 1 floor every 2 weeks. Previously it was more like 6 weeks, so it's a huge improvement!

This building completely dominates the Gay Village. I'm thankful that at least it won't be grey. That would have been horrible. [for me]
Can I just point out how completely misleading the rendering of this building is. It makes the building look half the length it actually is. [north to south]

I doubt it will still feel that way 10 years from now. The first few big buildings always look a little out of place.

This building definitely has 2 personalities: slim and quite elegant when viewed from the north or south, but a hulking slab from the east or west.

^I like the slab. I've had quite enough of the point and podium form factor and I think many here would concur with that view.
