I took this yesterday evening, of the north east entrance building. First my underexposed image, then my normal one

It's nice to see characterful old buildings get preserved as facades - but why do the new buildings need to be completely devoid of any features altogether... couldn't the white cladding at least have had some visible relief pattern or something? These stations would make perfect billboards.... is that what's coming?

This was the last update my phone captured before slipping out of my hands (while taking this photo through the fence) and hitting the ground...subsequently cracking my screen so bad thatI had to get a new phone.

I lost a lot of images, but I had some stored on my storage card, like this...taken July 11th

Today. I guess one game I can play while this remains in existential limbo is looking at what'll be my local Crosstown stop/entrance, and seeing how close the vine gets to the roof before it opens. (2nd pic)
Also, I'm sad that that Birch to the right was so heavily pruned, I doubt it'll survive...it's been there for about 25 years.
