This is pretty bleak, it looks like a compound. Like a prison for the materialistically obsessed, a trophy of vapidity. It looks more like a golf course club house, or something you'd see further cluttering the Muskoka area.

Gorgeous. The built form seems more appropriate for a resort than a neighbourhood, though.
It's definitely a gated community, and yes, more like a private club than a neighbourhood.
Oakville is lovely but full of attitude, maybe more of outside the gates here though, where the neighbours fought like mad over this development.
