That view will be a bit more interesting in the coming years as they build out the rail corridor to 8 tracks wide, and all the west queen west buildings finish up.

One day, somehow, some genius will invent a "weed" that doubles as a solar power source. Then all these train tracks will become a gold mine.

By Phase 2 you mean Epic on Triangle Park? I hope MOCCA's going into Edge, which is easily more epic architecture than Epic. Much cooler to face the park.

I'm not certain that the bridges are still a part of the plan. They may be, but they do not appear in the elevation drawings in the zoning bylaw amendment application.
