Considering they paid 2.3 million in 2017 and now it's listed for 2.5 and will likely sell for under that they are selling this at a loss after 8 years.

Looks good. Get rid of the fussy juliet balconies and it's an A.

I'm not a big proponent of those.......but I am of openable windows. The design above reflects sliding or French doors that you can open to get fresh air. You can't have that w/o a railing of some kind preventing you from falling.

So if you lose the railing, either you have hermetically sealed units, or you need to completely change the window style.

I think I'd rather keep the balconies.
 
I don’t mind the Juliette balconies. Much nicer than projecting or wrap-around balconies which often messes up the look of the building.
They provide plenty of air and openness to the exterior which you don’t get with typical casement windows. It would be even nicer if the entire window can fully open up, like those folding glass walls.
You can have glass railings so they are less noticeable, but they are a pain to keep clean.
