Permit update: No update. LOL

Most permits have been applied for, almost all show 'Examiner's Notice Sent'. So the permits remain pending.

Rather than a demo permit, the demolition is being done via a Building Alterations permit. The status of which is clearly incorrect.

I will read this as permit issued, so the work is clear to go ahead, but the new build is not yet cleared.
