That maybe true (I haven't looked at the renders) but it is an easy spot for me to flyI actually wish that they dont bring on the next phase, it looks bleak

The only updated project information is the height from 85.00m to 83.80m. The total unit count changed from 274 units to 295 units. Finally, the total parking space count changed from 453 parking to 459 parking.

Pinnacle proposing to convert the 2nd and 3rd floor non-res space into res space bc they haven't been able to lease it out over the last 3 years

Which should be rejected to the fullest extent possible.
Yes i realize Pinnacle wants to make money on a space they've been losing money on for the past 3 years. But again, I'm tired of seeing developers get away with providing little community benefits, when they have space that can be accommodated for other uses (ie: food incubators, arts/creative spaces, etc.).
They're just trying to give themselves an easy out instead of actually using the space for something worthwhile.
