Oh boy! I just love the selection of grey, grey, and grey!

But actually... Just... add a variety of coloured brick... I mean if you're already going to choose a few different grey tones, it's not that much extra cost.

I'm glad JCI and others are pushing for a more human scale along these block midrises, but it looks goofy to go halfway with the different expressions when the colour is all the same.

No worries! I bet that this lot is going through a little rethink and upzoning. I will say at 3 times the density. Cheers.

Taken 21 July. Guess something is starting up again as you can just see a pile driver behind the pole. At first I was surprised the developer didn’t apply for a big increase but zoning reform may have taken care of that. And just a block east is Shortt Street where they now have a film night.

A construction staging area report to the next meeting of I&E Ctte gives us some idea.....maybe....of the schedule here......

Maybe because this suggests below grade work is currently underway, but our great UT photos crews have not been out to verify this as yet. Above grade for this month, seems rather optimistic. Maybe tack a few months on to the above.

If I have the time, I might come by and snap a few photos as I live quite close to Cricket Park Residences.
