Wonder if the Coppley property included the parking lots where the above photo taken. Perhaps a second place if so.
Wait what is going on with that bottom window on the right? Did they seal up a window?? Why?? Looks weeeeird..Looks like the roof is pretty much done. Drywall was getting dropped off today and being fed into the newer of the two buildings.

Marca College across the street could really use a good teardown and redo. 8 to 20 storeys?
Lol. I know nothing about Pete & Marty's but sounds like a good timeWhat, and destroy what was once Pete & Marty's?... I'm sure a number of babies owe their conception to that place.![]()
Sometimes when reusing old buildings, the layout doesn't make sense for a window. Even our house has an old doorway that was filled in with bricks likely 100 years ago, it's nothing newOk WHAT is up with those boarded up windows in the green? Why would you board up first floor windows..?

Dude. Relax. It’s a construction site. They know what they’re doing. Trust the process.Yeah but are they just gonna KEEP it that way? Just put in a window and black out the inside of it.. how are they gonna deal with this? Are they gonna black over the green? I mean you went through all that trouble to restore the look of it just to do.. that..? There are plenty of instances where window is say frosted or a "dummy" window.
Woulda looked better just to brick it up..

….but we all know CoreUrban’s track record. If they are restoring old buildings or building new ones on former parking lots or new ones on top of old buildings. I think we it’s a good bet that the “green window” will be dealt with.![]()
