Would be a great addition to the east end in terms of entertainment venue. Hope the sudden re-emergence of this news is a positive sign that something is happening, went radio silence not long after announcing it in 2022.
 
Looping back around on this. Does anyone know if this will have an ice plant or ability to host ice events or will this strictly be a basketball/concert/event venue?
