We've already been through all this... 299 metres is the height from the sidewalk at the main entrance, the 300.2 metre number is from the lower entrance off to the side.

Way better materials despite its janky design. And since Aura is also awkward, Sky will win that by virtue of being a lot shinier, IMO.

"Janky" is a nicely onomatopoeic word for broken-glass designs like Concord Sky. Hopefully it turns out better than some of the renders, because it sure won't be inconspicuous.
