As seen in @skycandy's post, they have started installing glazing on the floor above where they started; here is my photo from the alley this morning:

...I'm a little more optimistic here as this is the cladding from the YSL version of this tower. As long as that doesn't run out so that Concord uses their own version, I think we might be good here. /touches all things made of wood.

From the looks of it, this will turn out in the top 10 best claddings in the city. Mark my words.

It may be shorter than one bloor West and sky Tower but for scale this thing is huge

And our third supertall building! Urban Toronto has no real official status with their height, the world goes by The Council Of Tall Buildings & Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and according to them this baby makes supertall status!

If Mirvish part 2 ever gets built or Pinnacles Tower 2, we will have 5 supertalls one day. Unreal.

This has ~1,400 units compared to One Yonge's ~1,000 and One Bloor West's ~600, so yes, it is a substantially larger building.

IIRC this will be the second largest condo building in the City by number of units. Even Concord Canada House, with two 60+ storey towers, has less units.

The largest? UT's favourite project, Time+Space..
