I was close to taking some pics that would've had the Zanzibar feature prominently in a cameo as well, but I was walking along Yonge with a friend at that point and didn't want to explain why I'm appearing to take pics of a strip club. I'll have to revisit this area again solo next time. :)

please all take a moment to pray for curtainwall
Thought it was confirmed from the approved drawings that this will indeed be curtain wall.

I had done some digging last year regarding the curtain wall debate and had confirmed that all non-balcony sections were going to be curtainwall based on the elevation drawings from Dec 2023.

I have not seen if we have newer drawings uploaded to the City website or if Concord will pull a fast one on us without updating the drawings! Here's hoping not!

See below for the screenshots from the Dec 2023 drawings!

@innsertnamehere is correct above. Here are some screenshots from the most recent elevations drawings from Dec 2023.

The West is going to be mainly curtainwall as it does not have balconies.
The East and South will have window walls for the sections that have balconies and curtainwall for all other sections.
The North is going to have only window wall as it has balconies all the way through.

Hope this helps! And hope Concord don't change this in any future iterations of the design!

I think people just want to see something of quality actually applied to the building. Curtainwall doesn't automatically mean good, but it's certainly a better starting point than windowwall.

We're not really getting the quality of the gloss on the surface in those renderings attached above, nor are we seeing just how flat it all is, nor how uniform the glass is. There's still a lot to prove.
