Wait... will the south wall have no windows in it for the entire height of the building? Or is this just for the lower levels near the podium

Just the lower podium has no window to the south I assume maybe that will be some of the commercial space. The floor plate changes as the tower rises.

an idea for the huge blank south wall.. a site-specific mural with a painting of a very long pole with a series of dancers sliding down it.. a nod to Zanzibar.

Zanzibar still exists, right? Maybe as a tribute to Remington's (torn down for this project), although a long pole would take on a different meaning then

It's still up on KPF's website and still referred to as a KPF design by Concord on theirs - unless there's something we don't know?

Fwiw they have the old renders for the project there, so while it may be on their site, they aren't taking any responsibility for the current iteration (unless of course they update the photos in three years time).
