For Concord Adex, it's actually a step up for them. I'm just happy it help balance out the skyline as all the tall building are on the east side so having on the west is a least a silver lining.

Sigh. This building looks incredibly bland.

That whole area directly west and north of Skydome is absolutely soul destroying. The silver lining is that 30-40 years from now their facades can potentially be replaced with something visually appealing. Till then, we're stuck looking at block after block of dreck.

CityPlace has some decent night lighting (Adrian Gollner's design called “Warm by Night”), so hopefully these will be nicely lit.

… ‘cause these will definitely be best viewed in the dark.
