They had a mini excavator parked on the site today but I'm not sure if that is from the shipyard's development as they have been using this site as a staging area though that development is nearly done

From yesterday sales center has been in place for about 2 months but I have been out of town

I wonder how sales will do on this one really hoping to see a good underway soon Collingwood's waterfront has really started to come along and also I believe that it will help push the terminals project forward as people start to see the progress

Yeah the town seems to be opening up to these more it's going to be that 22 story tower that I think will really set the project apart from anything Collingwood has had before
